Important Announcement Regarding COVID-19
As the healthcare industry adapts to deal with the current and developing crisis, we wish to relay to our initiating proactive and enhanced measures to ensure the safety of our customers and employees. Our new protocols involve advanced adaptation of our current safety measures, in accordance with Government Health Policy guidelines.
Our new strategies include:
- Use of hand sanitizer and single-use gloves during all site visits by our product specialist and engineers. These measures include regular disinfection of all demonstration products and tools before and after use.
- Restriction of non-staff personnel in the Evolution Healthcare office and showroom, with enhanced infection control procedures for all staff upon entrance and exit of the building.
- Continuous liaison with external suppliers to ensure a coherent approach to all hygiene measures within our supply chain to ensure our customer service remains safe and uninterrupted.
- Health and well-being training for all employees, to ensure they have the knowledge and understanding to maintain high levels of hygiene and make appropriate decisions i.e. regarding sickness as per government advice.
Equipment supply & Dispatch
We have also put in place stock control measures that will enable us to provide all contract equipment and spare parts available for rapid dispatch.
We also offer a full rental facility for most products should a short-term or urgent need arise.
Onsite visits – Assessments and set-ups
We understand that policies are now being put into place that means visits to hospitals, care homes and in the community may have certain restrictions or may need to be postponed or cancelled. With this in mind, we have opened our diaries to include telephone consultations where reps will be available to offer advice and support on the current equipment needs of users and recommend standard stock items.
We are also open to using both live and recorded video technology where possible to further enhance our technical query responses. There are several WhatsApp videos for advice on equipment set-up/adjustment and fault finding.
We can also produce bespoke advice videos for any specific situation that can be simulated in our facility.
In addition to this we can provide medical professionals with a comprehensive range of assessment and advice forms for seating, slings, ceiling track hoists, shower chairs etc.
These are readily available in various formats from our sales support teams and local representatives.
Out of hours support
24hr emergency support continues to be available as per normal subject to risk assessment and local government health policy guidelines.
